The Quai D’Orsay Capitolio Cigar (Ex. Francia 2018) is the sixth regional edition Cuban Cigars, exclusively handmade for the French market

Founded by Valerie Giscard d’Estaing in 1970, Quai D’Orsay Cigars were first introduced as a Regional Edition brand specifically for France. Although the brand was originally created in an attempt to accompany the country’s famous lifestyle products, like champagne and foie gras – it gradually became a favourite amongst cigar connoisseurs.
