Blender’s Notes: The Timeless Prestige by Ferio Tego delivers a wonderfully complex array of flavours in a medium to full-bodied smoke (mouth feel). Its intensity is restrained, yet its impact is broad across the palate. There is a unique balance of “flavour colours, as many of the lighter notes of bread, wood and nuts are presented in a darker expression as roasted or toasted versions of that flavour. The lighter flavours are also countered with a touch of the savoury notes of Nicaragua, such as earth, spice and espresso.
