In the press release, owner Jon Huber stated: Blood Medicine has been featured at hundreds of Crowned Heads Road Shows. This will be the first-time consumers will be able to purchase this exclusive blend. For this release we choose to feature the Blood Medicine blend in a Toro format. The Blood Medicine cigar is comprised of an Ecuadorian (Connecticut) binder, all Nicaraguan filler tobaccos, and finished with a near flawless Ecuadorian (Habano) cover leaf. Production is limited to 1,500 (12-count) boxes for the global market. Blood Medicine LE 2024 is manufactured at the TacaNicsa factory in Esteli, Nicaragua, under the supervision of Eradio Pichardo.

Cigar profile is full-bodied, med/full-strength. Flavors are coffee beans, cocoa, leather, raw cane sugar, black pepper, baking spice, licorice, cream, and earth.
